Zach Lindley is an associate attorney with Gallian Welker & Beckstrom, L.C., with a primary focus on all areas of family law and domestic relations, as well as labor and employment law.  Mr. Lindley completed his undergraduate degree from Utah State University and went on to attend his first year of law school at Western State College of Law in Orange County, California.  At Western State College of Law, Mr. Lindley was invited to be a member of the Dean’s Circle for outstanding academic achievements and won the Stephen F. Chavez award for professionalism during the schoolwide Moot Court competition.  During the summer of 2017, Mr. Lindley clerked for the Honorable Judge Honer of the Orange County Superior Court, Family Law division.  After finishing his first year at Western State College of Law, Mr. Lindley transferred to the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he completed his final two years of law school.  While attending school in Arizona, Mr. Lindley worked as a law clerk for firms that specialized in plaintiffs’ property insurance disputes and estate planning.  In 2019, Mr. Lindley was admitted to the Utah State Bar and the Federal Bar.  Currently, Mr. Lindley focuses on helping his family law clients through their difficult situations, including divorce, child custody, protective orders and adoption.  Mr. Lindley also dedicates his time to helping clients, both business and individual, with labor and employment law issues, including risk management and discrimination.  In his free time, Mr. Lindley enjoys watching the Boston Red Sox and Denver Broncos, and relaxes by spending time with his wife and springer spaniel.
